Piccolo

The piccolo is the flat white's smaller sibling. A single ristretto shot is topped with a little steamed milk in a small 90ml glass, giving you the intensity of espresso softened just enough by milk, without the volume of a flat white or latte.

It's the drink baristas reach for themselves: enough milk to round the shot, small enough to taste the coffee in full. If you find a flat white slightly too milky but a straight espresso too sharp, the piccolo sits exactly in between.
